Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or not what you ordered, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order at info@axaia.ae with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We will assess the situation promptly and offer a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Important Notes

  • Items must be reported as damaged or incorrect while unopened and unused, and must be in their original packaging.

  • We do not accept returns for reasons such as personal preference, change of mind, or if the item has been used.

  • Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable and non-returnable.

If your issue qualifies, we’ll provide return instructions and, if necessary, a return shipping label. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
